Returns:
We offer a 180-day return policy. You have 180 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@azaria.ma. Our customer service team will provide you with a free return shipping label via email. Simply attach the label to your package and send it back using any carrier you prefer.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, your full refund (including the shipping cost) will be processed within 10 business days.

🚫 Wrong Product Received
If you received the wrong item, email us at contact@azaria.ma with photos. We’ll send you a return label and ship the correct product once your return is in transit.

Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem. Just contact us to initiate a return within 180 days.
Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to cancel it before it’s shipped, but we can’t guarantee cancellation if the product has already been dispatched.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
