At AZARIA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making your purchase.

Returns:

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must contact our support team in advance.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@azaria.ma. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return label if applicable. Once you receive the label, attach it to your package and return the item using your preferred shipping carrier.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process your refund—including any shipping charges—within 10 business days.

Returns are accepted by mail only.

Restocking Fee:

We do notcharge any restocking fees.

Accepted Return Conditions:

* New or slightly used
* In their original packaging (if possible)
* Accompanied by proof of purchase

Eligible Return & Refund Scenarios:

Wrong Product Received

If you received the wrong item, please email contact@azaria.ma with a photo of the item. We’ll provide you with a free return label and ship the correct product once your return is in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item is defective or damaged, we offer a free exchange. Please contact us and we’ll help you replace the item quickly.

Change of Mind:

We accept returns if you change your mind about a product. Just make sure the item is in good condition and within the 30-day return period.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to stop the shipment, but once it has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 4 daysto appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card provider or bank.
